Refund policy

Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for UK based clients. For overseas clients there will be a fixed £15 fee which will be deducted from your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off and all items must be returned in the original shipping packaging and original branded packaging,

Once we receive your return, all items will be inspected by our team to ensure the above has been met, once approved, we will notify you and proceed with the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

How To Return Your Order

To return your order, you must request a return by completing the Return Request Form and sending the email to help@manathemovement.com  You will receive an email response telling you how to proceed. Please do not post your return until you have had these instructions. Please pack all items that you are returning, in the original branded and shipping packaging.
